As the first product designer in our Lending and Deposits group, you’ll have the opportunity to use our new Jack Henry design system and user experience best practices to redesign and evolve a suite of products into a single, modern, API first, cloud native ecosystem. We place high value on individuals who are action oriented, have an appetite for transformational change, and can work across the design disciplines of IA, UX, and visual design.

What you’ll be responsible for:
Turning high level product requirements into workflows and prototypes.
Designing clean, intuitive, and responsive web interfaces with reusable components and design patterns.
Confidently communicating the rationale of design decisions.
Rapidly iterating design solutions based on feedback and technical needs.
Creating detailed specifications to guide development teams.
May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
Minimum of 4 years professional experience in UX and UI design.
Experience communicating and collaborating with cross disciplinary teams.
Experience with industry standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Portfolio link or PDF exhibiting a strong understanding of UX/UI design. If a password is required, it must be provided.
What would be nice for you to have:
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and constraints while designing thoughtful solutions.
Experience designing for consumer and enterprise systems.
